Furnace Repair & Maintenance 

Shawn called in advance to ensure he was delivering to the correct property (we live down a shared driveway). Appreciated the call and the prompt delivery.

I am not an Atlantic Fuels customer but I just observed an Atlantic Fuels driver stop his truck to retrieve a basketball that had rolled into a busy road and toss it back to the young children that were shooting hoops in their driveway. He did it quickly, safely, and with a smile. Many (dare I say most) contractors are not this considerate and safety-minded, especially on the narrow, winding roads in our area. High marks for this driver ⭐️

If you live in New England, you know nothing is more critical than your furnace. And when it goes, you quickly find out if you have the right service provider and partner. I knew my System 2000 was on its way out for the past few years. This years’ service indicated a leak requiring it to be shut down for fear of carbon monoxide. Being late October with temperatures dropping rapidly, no heat, no hot water and service providers booking out weeks into the future, I was between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, we’ve been loyal clients of Atlantic Fuels for decades, and about to find another reason why! Nick, our technician, quickly reported back to Ashton my situation and sizing requirements that day. I spoke with Ashton shortly thereafter and my new BOSCH Buderus with Riello burner was ordered the very next day. Nick, Ashton and Julie reworked their schedule to fit in my emergency replacement. Three days later I was up and running with the best furnace and burner on the market, and an impeccable installation. They even upgraded the heating oil supply line to provide the new unit with the correct flow rate. Julie kept me updated throughout the entire process of appointments and progress. My experience over all these years with Atlantic Fuels has been nothing less than 5 Star. You’d be a fool to trust the most critical system in your home to anyone else!

The service and follow-through at Atlantic Fuels is superior. We ran out of propane on a Saturday morning and there was someone at our house within 40 minutes. I want to especially call out Pat for incredible customer service - so thankful we switched to Atlantic Fuels!

We are so thankful for Atlantic fuels fast delivery! We closed on our Portsmouth house 1/20 and much to our surprise it was out of oil. It had snowed the night before and was cold. They delivered within an hour of my call and helped my husband restart the furnace/ taught him a few things. Doug was fantastic! Looking forward to doing business with them in the future 🙂

This company is amazing. I live in Virginia and my Father lives in NH. I handle his Finances. Logan has handled two projects for my Dad, new furnace and just lately a new AC unit. I received an estimate prior to the work and each time the final bill was less than the quote. That's always a plus. Logan even sent in a rebate to my Dad's power company and we might be getting another 500.00. back.

We transferred from oil to propane and it has been great. Logan and his crew did a wonderful job. We will be installing central air sometime in the near future with Logan.

Our first time using Atlantic was for an emergency oil delivery that our current company could not service. We tried many other companies and they all required you to be a customer, Atlantic did not. Pricing was reasonable. The technician was fast and friendly, coming out at 11pm on a Saturday night to get us up and running. We’ll be calling again for our normal delivery!
